1. Have more than 8 years of work experience related to the publication of international academic journals, more than 5 years of experience in management positions, and a strong interest in academic publishing.
2. Good English communication skills, negotiation skills, and skills in dealing with interpersonal relationships.
3. Have abundant academic association resources and expert resources.
4. Have rich practical experience in the entire publishing process and a good understanding of international publishing policies and editorial policies.
5. Have strong execution ability and be able to effectively achieve organizational goals.
