Open Access Policy

All manuscripts submitted to OAE journals follow the Open Access publishing model. As part of this policy, authors are required to cover the Article Processing Charges (APCs) upon acceptance for publication.

Financial considerations can be challenging, especially for authors from low- and middle-income countries. As such, we offer waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis. Our Managing Editor will assess eligibility for discounts after receiving the manuscript, considering factors such as the quality of the research article and the authors' financial capacity.
