18 December: Hepatoma Research held an international seminar, “Systemic Therapy for Cholangiocarcinoma,” based on a publication from Prof. Massimo Colombo's team, the Chairman of the EASL International Liver Foundation. Prof. Stefano Cascinu, Past President of the Italian Association of Medical Oncology, attended the seminar, and they edited a special issue, “Systemic Therapy for Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma: New Options on the Horizon,” in the journal together.

2 December: OAE's new publishing platform was successfully launched after 14 months of upgrading. More than 1100 articles were moved to the new publishing platform at that time. In addition, a new submission system, "MESAs," was released based on the old version.
