We are excited to announce that OAE Publishing Inc.’s new submission and peer review system officially launched on January 2, 2025!
Key Information
1. Transition Arrangements
1.1 Manuscripts submitted on or before December 31, 2024
These manuscripts will continue to be processed in the old system until the review process is completed. You can log into the old system to view and track the status of your manuscripts.

1.2 Manuscripts submitted on or after January 1, 2025:
All new manuscripts will be handled exclusively in the new system. Please use the new system for manuscript submission and status tracking.
New System Access: https://www.oaecenter.com/login
2. Account Consistency
2.1 For existing users
Your account credentials from the old system will remain unchanged in the new system. No re-registration is required - simply log in using your existing account details.
2.2 For new users
If you do not yet have an account, please register in the new system to access our services.
3. System Access
