2025 Editorial Board Meeting of Vessel Plus

The Vessel Plus Editorial Board Meeting successfully convened its 2025 meeting on January 24, 2025, marking a pivotal moment in the journal’s development. This gathering celebrated the journal's remarkable achievements in 2024 and provided a platform for constructive discussions on advancing its mission in 2025.

The Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Aijun Sun, opened the meeting with a reflection on the journal’s key accomplishments in 2024. She emphasized the importance of building on these successes and outlined a clear vision for the new year to ensure that Vessel Plus remains a leading platform in vascular and cardiovascular research.

Editorial Board members actively contributed their expertise, offering valuable suggestions and insights on the key research trends and topics to prioritize for 2025–2026. A central theme was expanding the journal’s focus to include emerging areas of vascular and cardiovascular research, ensuring Vessel Plus stays at the forefront of scientific discovery. Additionally, strategies to attract high-quality submissions were discussed, with an emphasis on promoting innovation in research and practice.
