Minor Editorial Board Meeting of Mini-invasive Surgery Successfully Held
The Minor Editorial Board meeting for Mini-invasive Surgery (MIS, Online ISSN: 2574-1225) was successfully held on March 20th, 2024. Editor-in-Chief Prof. Giulio Belli, along with Associate Editors Prof. Davide Cavaliere, Prof. Jean François Rey and all the Editorial Office Members, actively participated in the session. The agenda included a journal analysis report, discussions on journal issues, and brainstorming solutions for further improvement.

In the initial segment, Irene Liu, the Editor of the journal, presented the findings of the journal analysis. She highlighted three main issues, identified their underlying causes, and offered potential solutions for consideration.
Subsequently, Prof. Giulio Belli led the discussion on potential solutions and proposals for addressing the identified challenges. His guidance yielded numerous constructive and actionable suggestions, significantly advancing the discourse.
