Microstructures Accepted for Inclusion in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) in June 2024

Microstructures has been officially selected for inclusion in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI, Web of Science) on June 6, 2024, marking a significant milestone for the journal. Starting from 2021, all publications of Microstructures will be fully indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection.

Journals indexed in ESCI are selected by the Clarivate editorial staff based on high publishing standards, high-quality editorial content, and citation metrics from the Web of Science. These journals have passed an initial editorial evaluation and are eligible for further inclusion in prestigious products such as the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), which have rigorous evaluation processes and selection criteria.
