Only miRNAs with abundance above the study-specific threshold were used. The set size represents the total number of miRNAs contained in each dataset. The intersection size represents the number of miRNAs shared exclusively among the dotted datasets listed below (connected black dots); grey dots indicate datasets without these shared miRNAs.
