Bio
Evgenios Agathokleous is a Full Professor at the School of Applied Meteorology at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. His research concerns the dose-response relationship and its mechanisms, especially due to exposure to pollutants and other environmental stresses. He has so far published 135 articles in prestigious international scientific journals, including about 65 as the first author. Several of his papers are published in journals with a five-year impact factor >10-20, including about 10 invited papers, and in top-tier journals (e.g. Science Advances, Nature Food, Nano Today, Trends in Plant Science, Trends in Pharmacology, and Current Opinion series). He has also authored about 10 chapters of books and over 80 presentations. He has reviewed over 530 papers for some 80 SCI journals. He is Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Forestry Research (Springer), Associate Editor of Forestry Research (Maximum Academic Press), and Editorial Board member of Science of the Total Environment (Elsevier), Current Opinion in Environmental Science & Health (Elsevier), Plant Stress (Elsevier), Climate (MDPI), Frontiers in Forests and Global Change (Frontiers), and Sci (MDPI). He has also (co)edited several special issues for several journals. Moreover, he was involved in the organization of multiple scientific events.
