Serdar Coskun received the B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from Inonu University, Malatya, Turkey, in 2010, the M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, in 2018. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tarsus University, Tarsus, Mersin, Turkey. He has involved in several scientific projects and published more than 25 academic journal articles and conference papers. His current research interests include energy management of hybrid electric vehicles under platooning, cooperative adaptive cruise control, and human-like cooperative/non-cooperative decision-making algorithms for autonomous driving.

Ahmet Enis Cetin received his B.Sc. degree from METU, Ankara, Turkey. He received his M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 and 1987, respectively. He was Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto between 1987-1989. He retired from Bilkent University in 2017. Dr. Cetin served in editorial roles for several IEEE and EURASIP journals, including as Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, and the IEEE Signal Processing Magazine. He is currently a Research Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Signal, Image and Video Processing. He is a Fellow of IEEE.
