Special Issue Introduction

Growing concerns about the environment and diminishing petroleum and coal reserves necessitate the development of innovative green chemical processes. However, this poses huge scientific and technological challenges, normally requiring new materials and novel synthesis strategies for traditional nanomaterials. This Special Issue mainly focuses on the application of key nanomaterials and nanotechnology for industrial processes:

1. Nanoscience and nanotechnology towards green industrial processes;

2. Materials for novel green chemical processes;

3. Novel materials for traditional processes;

4. Novel synthesis strategies for materials.

Keywords
