About PAR

Plastic and Aesthetic Research (Plast Aesthet Res, PAR), the official journal of Asia-Pacific Association of Medical Research and European Residents in Plastic Surgery (EuRePS), is a peer-reviewed online journal with Bimonthly print on demand compilation of issues published. The journal’s full text is available online athttp://www.parjournal.net.The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional / subject-based repository. The journal does not charge for submission, processing or publication of manuscripts and even for color reproduction of photographs.

Scope of the journal:

The journal focuses on plastic and aesthetic surgery, and the coverage extends to other basic and clinical studies related to plastic surgery, including microsurgery, laser treatment, orthopaedic surgery, psychology, social ethics, etc.

Articles in the following areas are especially welcome:

1) Basic researches and clinical applications of plastic and aesthetic materials, surgical methods and equipments;

2) Internal medicine researches, psychology and social ethics of plastic and aesthetic surgery;

3) Postoperative complications of plastic and aesthetic surgery and their treatments.
