Announcement: The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging Best Reviewer Award 2023 is now established!
We are pleased to announce the establishment of The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging Best Reviewer Award 2023, to highlight the contributions of diligent researchers who provide constructive and insightful feedback to improve the quality of received papers. The award recipients will be carefully selected by the journal's Scientific Committee, led by Editor-in-Chief Dr. Ali J. Marian.
Criteria for consideration:
1. Reviewers who have reviewed at least one manuscript between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will be eligible for the award;
2. The evaluation will be based on the quality, quantity, and timeliness of reviewers’ assessments in MESAS;
3. The winners will be announced in March 2024.
Winners will receive:
1. $150 USD;
2. A certificate bearing the winner’s name, signed by Editor-in-Chief;
3. Invitations to serve as Guest Speakers in our webinars or participate in special interviews.
About the Journal:
The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging is an international peer-reviewed, open-access, quarterly online journal established in April 2021. The journal aims to publish clinical, translational, and basic science discoveries that pertain to all aspects of aging and cardiovascular disease. All articles published in the journal are included in CAS, Google Scholar, Dimensions, Lens, J-Gate, and CNKI. The Editors are committed to providing timely, fair, and balanced considerations to all submitted manuscripts and seek the opinions of external experts in prioritizing the meritorious works. Review reports will be displayed anonymously and publicly on the website to enhance the review process's transparency and fairness and recognize the crucial role played by reviewers.
