21 Editorial Board Members of Ageing and Neurodegenerative Diseases Honored in the 2023 Global Top 2% Scientist List
We are thrilled to announce that 21 distinguished members of the Editorial Board of Ageing and Neurodegenerative Diseases have achieved the prestigious distinction of being named among the top 2% of scientists globally, as per the 2023 Global Top 2% Scientist List recently revealed by Stanford University in the United States. This distinguished list, derived from data in the Scopus database, is the result of a collaborative effort between Prof. John P.A. Ioannidis's team at Stanford University and Mendeley Data, a division of Elsevier and considers a comprehensive set of factors, including citation count, h-index, and hm-index. The evaluation process was rigorous, involving nearly 7 million scientists worldwide. The top 2% were carefully selected and grouped into 22 fields and 174 subfields to recognize both the quantity and quality of their contributions.
We take immense pride in celebrating the remarkable contributions of these 21 distinguished Editorial Board members. Their dedication and expertise have been duly acknowledged through this prestigious global distinction. Congratulations to our top scientists!
