Assistant Prof. Melymuk received her PhD at the University of Toronto with Prof. Miriam L. Diamond and completed post-doctoral research at RECETOX, Masaryk University with Prof. Jana Klánová. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Environmental Chemistry at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, and holds an adjunct position in the Dept. of Earth Sciences, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. She leads a research group on Chemical Pollutants and Human Exposure Routes at RECETOX. She has published more than 50 scientific papers in high impact journals such as Environmental Science & Technology, Environment International, Environmental Pollution, etc.
