Bio
Prof. Da-Gang Yu is a senior member of the Chinese Chemical Society.

He obtained his B. S. in Sichuan University in 2007 and PhD in Peking University with Prof. Zhang-Jie Shi in 2012. After two years’ postdoc research in the group of Prof. Frank Glorius of Münster University with Alexander von Humboldt fellowship, he joined the faculty of the Sichuan University as full professor in Jan 2015. He received a series of awards and honors, including the Organic Chemistry Frontiers Emerging Investigator in 2016, Thieme Chemistry Journal Award in 2017, Asian Core Program Lectureship Award in 2017, the NFSC’s Outstanding Youth Fund in 2018, the Chinese Chemical Society’s Youth Chemistry Award in 2018, Chemical Communications Emerging Investigator in 2020 and Science China Chemistry Emerging Investigator in 2020.

He has published 80 papers in Acc. Chem. Res., Nat. Catal., Nat. Chem., Nat. Commun., CCS Chem., JACS, Angew. Chem., Sci China Chem., Chin. J. Chem. and other journals with more than 5000 citations and an H index of 40.
Research Interests
CO2 utilization, organic synthesis, photocatalysis, transition metal catalysis, radical chemistry.
