PXR activity was determined by luciferase assay; (C) Expression of HIF-1 in LNCaP cells with stable expression shRNA against HIF-1 under hypoxic conditions. HIF-1 was detected by Western blot; (D) PXR activity of LNCaP cell lines with stable expression shRNA against HIF-1 under hypoxic conditions. The fold change was hypoxia/normoxia.
