Figure 1. Docetaxel concentration-effect curves in cell lines in 2D culture. The prostate cancer cell lines 22Rv1 and DU-145 were exposed to increasing concentrations of docetaxel over a period of 3 months. Clones of the parental cell lines DU-145 became docetaxel-resistant for 8 and 10 nM (DU-145DOC10). The cell line 22Rv1 became docetaxel-resistant for 4, 6, and 8 nM (22Rv1DOC8).
