Figure 1. Tumour suppressor miRNAs are reduced in drug resistant cell lines compared to the parental cell line. Levels of mature miRNAs were measured in MPM drug resistant cell lines and related to levels in the parental MSTO cell line using RT-qPCR. miR-15a, miR-16 and miR-34a levels were reduced in MSTO-CisR, MSTO-GemR and MSTO-VinoR compared to MSTO-Par.
