Representative CTCs with different levels of DTE are shown, from least engaged (top row) to most engaged (bottom row). We quantified drug-induced MT-DTE using ImageJ as described in Methods. Tubulin maximum intensity projection is shown in column A, converted to the 8-bit TIFF image (column B).
