Figure 3. 5-Fluorouracil imparts its cytotoxic effect on quiescent KG1a cells in a dose-dependent manner: Serum-starved KG1a cells were incubated with different concentrations of 5-FU (6 µg, 10 µg to 100 µg/mL) for 24 h and were subsequently subjected to MTT assay.
