Endoscopic assisted facial rejuvenation: a 35 year personal journey

Patient had shortening of the forehead, endomidface, and cervico-facial lift, deep subplatysmal cervicoplasty with fat removal, digastric shaving and partial salivary gland excision. A mandibular matrix implant system was also used. The side burn was recreated with a scalp flap. A lip lift was performed. Eyelid ptosis repair done. Skin only lower lid blephoroplasties were also done
