Professor Yury Belenkov is an outstanding cardiologist and leading expert in the field of cardiovascular medicine. He is a full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of the European Society of Cardiology, and the International Cardio-Oncology Society.
Professor Belenkov is a pioneer in the introduction of Echocardiography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging not only in his country, but also in Europe. He has received international recognition for his significant contributions to the study of the pathogenesis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, especially in the field of heart failure, metabolomics and cardio-oncology. He is the author of numerous scientific papers and monographs published in Russia and around the world. Professor Yury Belenkov is a co-author of the fundamental work "The ESC Textbook of Heart Failure" published last year. He is involved in several large international clinical trials in the field of cardiology and cardio-oncology.
Professor Belenkov has received prestigious awards, including recognition from the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and many national medical societies. His scientific work in the field of diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, as well as innovative therapeutic strategies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, have earned him a reputation as a leading figure in the global cardiology community.
