Abstract

Continuous variables are reported as mean± standard deviation (SD) or median with interquartile range (IQR) as properly. Categorical variables are expressed as proportions. Baseline differences between experienced surgeon and trainees were detected using the Student´s t-test for normal distribution of continuous variables, the Mann-Whitney test for un-equally distributed continuous variables and the Fisher´s exact test for categorical variables.
