Call for Applications: Youth Editorial Board Members - Vessel Plus (ESCI & Scopus Indexed)
Vessel Plus is seeking passionate young scholars from around the world to join its Youth Editorial Board for a two-year term. This initiative aims to provide an international, multidisciplinary platform for academic exchange and collaboration in the field of vascular diseases.
About the Journal:
Vessel Plus is an international peer-reviewed, gold open-access journal published by OAE Publishing Inc. The journal publishes articles relevant to the full spectrum of medical and surgical aspects of vascular diseases, including but not limited to aneurysms, atherosclerosis, hypertension, stroke, thrombosis, ischemic heart disease, peripheral vascular diseases, genetic vascular conditions, and other areas of vascular pathology. The journal is indexed in ESCI (anticipated first 2024 IF: 2.0) and Scopus (2023 CiteScore: 1.8).
Role and Responsibilities of Youth Editorial Board Members:
1. Participate in events and academic exchange activities organized by the journal, while promoting its visibility and impact;
2. Support editorial activities by commissioning manuscripts or performing peer reviews;
3. Contribute at least two high-quality articles to the journal during your term by inviting contributions, recommending manuscripts, or writing papers;
4. Offer timely feedback and suggestions to enhance the journal’s quality and reach.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Demonstrate a strong commitment to academic publishing and contribute actively to the development of Vessel Plus;
2. Have a solid research background in vascular studies, with at least 10 high-impact articles published in leading journals over the past three years;
3. Be under 45 years of age and hold a Ph.D. degree.
Selection Process:
Preliminary review of resumes → Evaluation and selection by the Editorial Board→ Final confirmation and public announcement.
