Figure 1. Hollow fiber bioreactor system. (A) Graphical representation of bioreactor-based workflow for iMSC-EVs production. Prior to seeding the cells, the cartridge was moistened with PBS and coated with fibronectin. After that, in the reservoir bottle, PBS was replaced with culture media. Once seeded, a daily 4 mL aliquot was obtained, processed, and frozen for future analysis as described in the text; (B) Schematic representation of a hollow fiber bioreactor-based 3D culture system.
