There were two patients of exacerbation, where cardiac surgery was performed with cardiopulmonary bypass using a normal dose of heparin. Case 1: Multiple infarction and subdural hemorrhage with an area of 41 mm² turned to parenchymal hemorrhage from preoperative infarct lesion postoperatively. Case 2: Hemorrhagic infarction with an area of 633 mm² turned to ectopic subdural hematoma postoperatively.
