Figure 2. Efficacy of tumor resection shown by HE staining. Mice received tumor cells (i.c.) on day 0, and tumor resection occurred on day 16. Mice were euthanized on day 17, followed by overnight incubation of tissue sections in 95% ethanol and standard HE staining protocol. Representative HE stained sections are shown.
